This is not a tiny portion size trick. This entire cake really only has 47 calories. The magic ingredient? Oat fiber! It creates bulk but adds zero calories.
Recipe:
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp oat fiber
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp splenda (or equivalent sweetener of choice)
1/4 tsp baking powder
salt
water
Mix everything together to make a thick batter (mine is too wet. Don't do what I did), steam for 10 minutes, rest for 10 minutes.
Enjoying a filling and satisfying portion of chocolate cake for less than 50 calories!
