You will need:
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp oat fiber
- 1/4 cup Italian tomatoes
- Mix the flour and oat fiber together with just barely enough water to form a dough.
- Break off pieces of the dough using a spoon and drop them into boiling salted water.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes then drain.
- Toss with crushed or strained tomatoes.
- Eat.
Just ordered Life Source oat fiber. When it arrives, I'm totally trying this out!
ReplyDeleteI made this, and it is so so good and filling, wow! I eat this a lot as a midnight snack, because I usually crave pasta and carb-y things at night, so I whip up some of this and bam, cravings satisfied :) Thank you for sharing your recipes!
