30 calorie eggnog



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar free cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp splenda (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 drop loranoil eggnog flavor
  • nutmeg (optional)
  • Rum or brandy (optional)


Mix the cashew milk, splenda, and eggnog flavoring together. Add alcohol is so desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.



Notes: 

Lorannoils are more concentrated than regular cooking extracts, a little goes a long way and too much will make it unpalatable.
