74 Calorie Gnocchi Pomodoro




You will need:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oat fiber
  • 1/4 cup Italian tomatoes
  1. Mix the flour and oat fiber together with just barely enough water to form a dough. 
  2. Break off pieces of the dough using a spoon and drop them into boiling salted water. 
  3. Boil for 2-3 minutes then drain. 
  4. Toss with crushed or strained tomatoes. 
  5. Eat.

  2. I made this, and it is so so good and filling, wow! I eat this a lot as a midnight snack, because I usually crave pasta and carb-y things at night, so I whip up some of this and bam, cravings satisfied :) Thank you for sharing your recipes!
